This is an outline of SkilltechWebDesign.com Terms and Conditions aimed to give you basic understanding of what you can or cannot do. We advise you read the full text below. In short, here is what you can or cannot do with SkilltechWebDesign.com products (templates, themes, widgets, plugins, elements, add-ons, mockups, artwork, imagery, content blocks, graphics and all other items and services downloaded from this site):

What you can do:
You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee.
You can make any number of copies of the single End Product, as long as the End Product is distributed for Free.
You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of the Regular License.
With a “Download All” type of subscription/membership, if such a subscription/membership exists, each individual item included with such a subscription/membership is subject to the same license terms as an individual item.
What you cannot do:
Resell our products or tools online in any format.
Distribute our products without permission.

You can’t Sell the End Product, except to one client.
You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files even if the re-distribution is for Free.
You can’t use the Item in any application allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application.
You can’t extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
You can’t use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.

The following is an agreement (“agreement”, “contract”) between You (“User”, “Member”, “Subscriber”) and the owners of SkilltechWebDesign.com (“Skilltech”, “Skilltech Solutions”, ”Owner”, “Owners”, “SkilltechWebDesign.com”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Ours”, “Seller”, “Merchant”, “SkilltechWebDesign.com Websites”) which governs the use of the “Products”, specifically:
SkilltechWebDesign.com Premium and/or free HTML Templates (“templates”, “items”),
SkilltechWebDesign.com Premium and/or free HTML Code Blocks (“elements”, “items”),
SkilltechWebDesign.com Premium and/or free Content Blocks and/or graphics (“items”) and
All other items and services downloaded from this Website.
The agreement also governs the use of subscriptions (“Subscription”) to our products as well as the membership (“Membership”) with special access to our selected products (“Membership Products”, “Subscription Products”, “Membership Items”, “Subscription Items”, “Subscription Downloads”, “Membership Downloads”, “Member Downloads”, “Member Items”, “Member Products”, “Subscription Access”, “Membership Access”, “Member Access”).
By purchasing a subscription, membership, buying a product, downloading an item or service, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, without any other conditions or declarations. If You do not agree with these terms, You are not allowed to download or use the SkilltechWebDesign.com Websites and products.
All products on our Websites are copyrighted and are the properties of Skilltech or the author/designer/creator of the product or any other product or service. Our WordPress themes or plugins are comprised of two parts:
(1) the PHP code and integrated HTML are licensed under the General Public License (GPL). You can find a copy of the GPL here.
(2) All other parts, but not limited to the CSS code, images, and design are licensed according to the terms of this agreement. This agreement works in conjunction with our Regular License terms.
Your rights to use the products are subject to this agreement and the restrictions specified on each product or service. Skilltech grants you to a non-transferable license to use the product or service on the terms and conditions explained in this Agreement and on the item download page.
Our products and services may not be used:
As part of a trademark or logo.
For resale and distribution (modified or unmodified) to any persons. Do not share our products or services, it is strictly forbidden.
For unlawful or other immoral purposes.
In a way that can give a bad name to Skilltech
In other ways described in our Regular License, where applicable, linked above.
You acknowledge that by your download the ownership of the product does not get transferred to You and You must not claim that it is yours. Your license is non-transferable, which means that You are not allowed to sell, rent, give, or transfer the product or the right to use the product to anyone else. The work You create with the product must be used either by yourself or by your client.
SkilltechWebDesign.com cannot be held responsible for any copyright violations, and cannot guarantee the legality of the products or services stored in its system. For confirmation, please confirm with the original creator. You use the products or services and this site at your own risk. Select products or services may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, trademarks etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights. Our products and services are updated to the latest version of the software they’re used with after each release, and we can not provide old versions at users request. SkilltechWebDesign.com does not represent that it owns or licenses for any of the mentioned, nor does it grant them. It’s your sole responsibility to make sure that You have all the necessary rights, consents and licenses for the use of the product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkilltechWebDesign.com and its employees and suppliers against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any product, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of a product, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an image or item.
Warranty and Liability
The website and the products or services are provided “as is”. We offer no warranty, explicit or implied, regarding any products or services, the website, the accuracy of any information, or any rights or licenses under this agreement including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Dragan Milenkovic / SkilltechWebDesign.com does not represent or warrant that the website or the website products or services will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error free.
Skilltech shall not be liable to you or to any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits or any other damages, costs or losses arising out of your use of the website or the products or services.
Price Changes
Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly / annual subscription plan fees and individual item prices, are subject to change with or without notice. We reserve the rights to change or modify current Terms and Conditions without notice.
Refund Policy
SkilltechWebDesign.com offers non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, therefore we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual product purchase is made. You are responsible for understanding this upon registering for our subscription service or purchasing a product, service or an item.
Photo Copyright
Copyrighted photos, with some exceptions of photos we own the copyright to, used in product demos are example images only and may not be included in the membership, subscription or an individual product/item purchase. Our WordPress, HTML, Adobe Muse, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other products or services do not come packaged with any copyrighted photos. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a preview of what the theme will look like (or to demonstrate widget functionality) once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own images. The photos used in our demos are creative commons licensed. In the event of a copyright violation, SkilltechWebDesign.com must be notified and will remove the photos immediately. These photos should not be saved, copied or redistributed in any way.
Subscriptions / Membership
We offer a subscription-type Membership which grants access to multiple selected products for a certain amount of time (more details below). We reserve the right to define different types of subscritions and change what products, items or services are included with a particular subscription. Fot example, we might offer a “HTML Themes” subscription and offer access to all of our HTML themes. Every subscription we create will have a list of included items (themes, widgets etc.) in the description, on the product page of said subscription. The list of included items posted on a subscription product page might not be accurate but we will do our best to update the relevant information in a timely fashion and to the best of our abilities. Products included with a subscription are subject to this agreement together with our Regular License and, where specified, specific terms for a particular individual product.
Subscriptions / Membership / Recurring Payments
SkilltechWebDesign.com MEMBERSHIP will grant you a 1 Month access to all of our selected items for a specified subscription. For example: if we create a “HTML Themes” subscription and include all of our HTML template items in it, this subscription will give you one month of access to download those items. IMPORTANT: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DOWNLOADS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE WHILE YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION. ALTHOUGH YOU CAN KEEP EVERYTHING YOU DOWNLOAD FOREVER, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO EXISTING DOWNLOADS AND UPDATES WHEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ENDS. MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD WHAT YOU NEED IN CASE YOU’RE PLANNING ON ENDING THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ENDS BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION RELATED PRODUCTS WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION ENDS. Some of the products and services are not a part of any subscription, the stated products can only be bought individually on our Site. The subscription fee will be presented to you before you purchase the MEMBERSHIP. By purchasing a MEMBERSHIP you are giving us explicit approval to automatically charge you for your purchase and to apply recurring charges to your account on each billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, without any other conditions or declarations. If You do not agree with these terms, You are not allowed to download or use the SkilltechWebDesign.com Websites. Our billing system will automatically send you an email when it recognizes that your subscription is up for renewal. The email contains a link to cancel your subscription (if you wish) or to modify credit card information if expired, to remain an active member.
